Shipping policy

Unless specified in the listing, all items are custom made and have a 2-4 day turnaround time (to make your item). Once you order is made, we will ship out using the shipping method you have selected. Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Issues with packages lost or delayed during shipment, must be handled directly with the currier used. All claims for lost packages must be handled by the customer.
